At Sage and Clare, we want you to love your artisanal treasures, so we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been removed from its packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure items are in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include your packing slip to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
